Should I use CMYK or RGB colors in my artwork if printing on Dye Sub Paper?

There are 2 basic color models that are used in art programs. RGB or Red, Green and Blue is primarily used when you are trying to display an image on a video screen/monitor as it is made up of light which uses a combination of these three colors to produce all the other colors of the rainbow. If you use RGB when trying to output during printing you may get color shifts as the software is trying to come up with the closest color using a different color model, CMYK. The CMYK or Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black color model uses inks and pigments to create the other colors on paper. The biggest difference is that RGB 'IS' light and CMYK 'REFLECTS' light so you have to determine which one you are trying to do with your output. Since you will be printing on Dye Sub paper you should always use CMYK to ensure that your final printed image will be bright and colorful!
